How long does the intake process take?
This varies on the availability at time of application but from Interview stage we look to bring people in within a 3 week period
Do you provide detox?
Yes for both alcohol and opiate use
How long is the program at The Haven?
The program is 10 months over 3 phases, 4 weeks on induction/detox and then 3 phases Phase 1 for 3months, Phase 2 for 3 months and then Phase 3 for 3 months with a further 6 months independent living support
What if I am on probation or a DTTO?
The requirements of these could be met whilst with us but always contact your Criminal Justice social worker to discuss this prior to application. Tags and curfews would have to be removed prior to entry
Will the haven help with outstanding debts ?
We have a finance team here which will support you to look at outstanding debts and you also have an allocated support worker who will be able to advocate on your behalf
